What a nice suprise to see these adorable pictures of you on my camera that I didn't take...

And although this picture didn't come out overly great I just love it...

I know that here you are telling me you want to get down from the table but I had to take a moment to snap a picture...

Because when you play peek-a-boo I just melt....

And last week when your hair was so thick and cute I had to suck it up and have it cut. :o( Because you have tubes in your ears you are supposed to wear plugs when you are in the water but they still seem to cause you a lot of pain for me to put them in. So I decided to cut your hair short so it would be fast to wash it and we wouldn't do the plugs for a while.)

I took you to see Dick the barber and told him to cut it short and even if I started to cry just to keep on cutting.

I think it came out very cute and you still look like a baby, or toddler, to me!

Nana's birthday

On March 5th we celebrated Nana's birthday!!!

It was wonderful!

She is wonderful!!!


Ben had a tiny bit of cake for the second time.

Uncle Drew was with us too!

I will tell you, we couldn't be luckier. Nancy is by far the best mother-in-law and Nana that there is!

Can you guess

just what I love about these pictures. Other then the obvious answer that they are of my Maggie....

Take notice of what Maggie is wearing, it's getting warmer out!
Now look in the background, the snow is almost gone.
Look at what Maggie is holding, one of my favorite flowers, daffodils.
Something you can't tell by looking but it is 5 o'clock in the picture and it is still light out, which means the days are getting longer. This weekend we turn the clocks so the day will be even longer!


Spring is coming and I am so excited!!!

The Irish twins

This is Ben along with Katie who I sometimes call his Irish twin. She is Neala's little girl who is not quite six months older then Ben.

Last week I watched Katie and her big brother Drew for the day and the kids had a great time. Ben and Katie actually interact quite a bit for one year olds. (Did I just say one year olds? Oh man, my baby is one!)

At one point one of them sat down and leaned back against the couch. The other one then sat down. (I can't remember who sat down first though)

It was so cute watching them chat and "hang out". After a couple of minutes Ben would lean over on Katie and say "ooooohhhhh". They would cuddle for a minute and then Katie would take Ben down in a wrestling move as they both cracked up laughing.
They did it over...
And over...

And over..

Ben was in training to be a doctor.

I can feel it.

I can hear it.
I can practically smell it.
Spring is almost here!!!

Today was just so beautiful! We spent the afternoon outside enjoying the 50 degree, sunny day.
Only in NH does 50 degrees feel so warm that you don't need a jacket. Well, maybe I should say only in New England. Or, probably there are a lot of places that could say that..

Look at her face! That is exactly how I felt about today!

Even Ben was outside enjoying the wonderful fresh air. He especially enjoyed watching the dog across the street. He kept pointing at him and making the kissing sound at him. You know, the sound you make when you call an animal?

He was so tired though and was day dreaming a few times too, lol. Would he take a nap when I tried though? Nope...

AAAHHH, what a day. Good for the mind, body, and soul!!!
