The river was running fast and was gorgeous.
Brady was pretty hot and laid right on the cool floor of the garage.
Maggie’s team hosted and participated in the Jenna D softball tournament this past weekend.
Jenna was a fantastic softball player who played for The Gems for years and graduated high school last spring. She was the number one pitcher in the state and had a full ride scholarship to college that she was supposed to start last fall. No one can understand why this talented young lady that had a whole life in front of her decided to end her life. It was devastating and confusing for her family, the softball family and the community.
This tournament was in memory of her and the money raised was going towards a scholarship and some was being donated to a charity that Jenna truly believed in. It was a beautiful weekend but would have been more beautiful if Jenna was there.
I can’t believe that Maggie is in high school and playing high school softball! Watching her and her team play is just so great. They are such a talented group of players. Both varsity and JV are still undefeated! The other day Maggie got an “outta the park” home run!
These next four years are going to fly by so I am going to make sure I can see her play every chance I get!
