Ben had his 9 month check up today. It went pretty good I guess. I am so tired though so I am just going to do bullet points...
*He weighs 22.3 pounds and is 28 3/4inches, I forget his head circumference. His height and weight are down to the 50% and his head was down to the 75%. I wouldn't say that the doctor is concerned but she does want to keep her eye on his growth.
*She is a bit concerned about the fact that he doesn't eat much but just wants me to keep trying.
*He is going to go see a pulmonoligist about his respiratory stuff and definitely feels it could be a result of his RSV.
*The doctor feels that it is a possibility that he still has reflux which could have a direct correlation with the wheezing, ear infections and lack of eating. We are putting him back on previcid and going tomorrow to see the gastro specialist.
*He got the second dose of his regular flu shot.
*She was able to see his right eye turn in more then the last time and is glad he has seen the eye specialist already.
*She was impressed that he already says Mama, Dada, and Na-night.
Man, sometimes when you actually write something out it seems like so much more! This baby sees three different specialists! He is such a happy baby even though he has some yucky stuff to deal with. WOW, we are lucky to have health insurance!
