Gingerbread houses

Last weekend some dear friends of ours stopped by to give our family an early Christmas present.


I was in awe over the AMAZING gift they gave us. Jessica made two gingerbread houses from scratch. They even had stained glass windows.




Then put together a box full of everything you could possibly imagine being on the houses.

Not only was the thought beautiful but the presentation was beautiful as well.

The next night we invited Jessica, Justin, and their little girl Leah over to help us decorate them.

This is Leah! She is so sweet and we just adore her!

Maggie and Katelyn worked on a house together.

Connor and I, more Connor then I though, worked on the other house together.

Leah kept sneaking in and getting candy even though she didn't really want to do too much decorating.

The kids had so much fun! I had so much fun!

Then when all the hard work was done Ben came in looking for "andy" (candy) although really wanted the pretzels.

Thank you so much Jess and Justin. This was absolutely one of the best gifts our family has ever received! We are so appreciative of all the love, care, and time you put into it!
