what to do on a cold and snowy day...

If you wake up one morning to find the view of your windows looking like this...

And it is way to cold for the kids to play outside...


You may want to have the kids help make a batch of brownies...

And a crock pot full of chicken noodle soup (although, take it from me, don't add the past until you are ready to serve)...

Then have the kids collect all the pillows and comforters they can find...

Put them in a pile near your bed...

Have the kids climb up on the bed....

And jump high into the air, or as Ben did it crawl to the end of the bed....

Right into the big, soft pile of pillows....

Then let them jump until they can jump no longer...

Just make sure, if you have a little girl who caught a nasty bug, that the kids don't run her over!
