Because of her unselfish act of laying in bed for the last 9 weeks Baby Timmy has had time to grow and develop! It wasn't easy for Christine as she has three other children and a husband at home. Thanks to wonderful family and friends Christine's family was well taken care of.
Tomorrow Christine is 34 weeks pregnant! Tomorrow she will deliver baby Timmy! Well, hopefully she will make it till the morning. At this point Baby Timmy will be safer to be in Christine's arms then in her womb.
But, what a miracle that she made it this far! The doctors spoke to Christine about the possibility of delivery back at less then 28 weeks gestation. She met with neonatologists and went on a tour of the NICU while sitting in her wheelchair. She made it six more very important weeks!
She is worried though. Timmy will be 6 weeks early and there is a good chance he will need to spend some time in the NICU. He should be just fine in the long run but he will be early.
Please pray for my dear friend Christine and for Baby Timmy. Pray that the doctor's safely deliver Timmy and that Christine makes it without complication. This will not be the run of the mill C-section, it is possibly going to be very complicated. Please pray!I will let you all know how it goes and will hopefully have a picture of a healthy baby boy very soon!
